Celebrating CFLI’s YDocs Program, where young talents converged to share their inspiring stories of journey through filmmaking.

1. Editing and Sound Award: The Wilderness
Directed by Ariyan Janagan, Aaran Rajkanth, and Antoine Mariyanayagam, “The Wilderness” wowed the audience with its mesmerizing visuals and captivating sound design.
2. Storyboard and Storytelling Award: What Comes Around Goes Around
Arun Thiru, Kishan Kanakarajah, Hassini Selvarajah & Kajen Gnani captured hearts with their thought-provoking film “What Comes Around Goes Around.” Their storytelling skill impressed the judges and left a lasting impact on the audience.
3. Production and Direction Award: The Apple Story
Aarna Suresh, Neha Vallipuram, Aishani Nitya-Nootan, and Anjana Chenthooran combined their talents to create “The Apple Story,” a moving narrative that showcased the true essence of teamwork.
4. Videography Award: A Boy with a Dream
Asha Nanthamohan, Aahil Srirankan, and Sai Shreenath Madhusudhana Ramya exhibited exceptional videography skills in “A Boy with a Dream,” a film that tugged at heartstrings.
5. Movie Poster Award: Magic Kicks
Aran Manivannan, Anujan Thiru, Janani Arunthavanathan, and Aarane Thiru earned well-deserved recognition for their captivating movie poster for “Magic Kicks.”
6. Audience Choice Award: A Boy with a Dream
Asha Nanthamohan, Aahil Srirankan, and Sai Shreenath Madhusudhana Ramya’s film touched the hearts of the audience, earning them the prestigious Audience Choice Award.
7. Best Overall Film Award: The Wilderness
“The Wilderness” took home the top prize, winning the hearts of both the audience and the judges. Ariyan Janagan, Aaran Rajkanth, and Antoine Mariyanayagam’s masterpiece was a true celebration of filmmaking brilliance.
Each film showcased unique perspectives, creativity, and an unwavering dedication to making a positive impact.
