Attention Winter 2023 YLP students! Hope you are preparing well for the Milestones Competition on Sunday, May 7th, 2023. This is a friendly reminder that at this point in your preparations, you should have completed the first draft of the Group Presentations (script and slideshow). If you are a Star Speaker, the first draft of your speeches should also be complete (no visual aids allowed – script only). Remember to reach out to your facilitators if you have any questions or concerns. Best wishes!
We are halfway through CFLI’s Youth Leadership Program Winter 2023 term and the fun has just begun! Take a look at what is to come in the next few sessions:
Parent/Facilitator touchpoints are taking place at 3:45 pm this Sunday (March 5th)! Please note it is mandatory for all parents to attend. This is a great chance to get a one-on-one update on your child’s progress in YLP and meet with their facilitator before the Milestones Competitions! Anything-But-A-Backpack is on March 26th, we encourage all students and facilitators to participating! Get creative and bring your YLP materials (binders, pencil case etc.) in anything except for a backpack. Please note all items must be school appropriate and must be carried by you only.
